Very good

I spent the night in the lakeside cabin, it's awesome. The bed is super comfy, it was warm inside despite the cold outside and the view is simply perfect. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate powder are provided. I would go back immediately!

The facilities near the cabin were closed due to low season so u had to walk a bit to the other ones, but I'm sure in summer this will not be an issue.

Very good

The place was situated beside Lake Hawea which provide a wonderful scenic view. We did not meet any staff as the check in was contactless (an envelop with my name on it). It provides directions to the cabin. The cabin had adequate amenities such as pots, pans and utensils. The beds had bed warmers which was good as the aircon was not warm enough. Remember to walk down to the lake to a small private beach. The view was amazing

There was slight musty smell with the cabin but other than that nothing to dislike about it

Inconvenient

Close to the lake

There’s no water supply in the cabin. You need to walk a few minutes to get to the bathroom for getting water or taking a bath.
