I recommend this place!

✓ I loved this place. Simple but comfortable room with a lovely and helpful staff. The food that came out of the kitchen was fantastic and the price was comparable to any other restaurant in the area. I totally recommend this place.

✗ I had no water when I woke up the next morning to take a shower or wash my face! I had to ask the nice lady cleaning the rooms for a bucket of water to wash my face and brush my teeth. The google map gives the wrong location. This place is in the middle of the peninsula and not at almost the end which google map tells you! The beach is a disaster! It is full of trash! The city needs to clean up the beach.

✓ It was a clean room with a clean bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful with questions. It is absolutely forth it when you consider the price.

✗ The room was quite small and I don’t recommend staying for more than one night, because Puntarenas is not a beautiful place.

Alejandro is the best

✓ Very beautiful, exciting and cosy Hostel/Hotel. Alejandro was sooo nice! He prepare awesome cocktails and gives you a great time at the Aldea Pura Vida. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean and the location is - well, the pacific ocean is across the street, so - perfect.

✗ The shower was a bit too cold for one of us.
