First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff members for their responsiveness, politeness, friendliness, and willingness to help at all times. This small, authentic hotel in a national style is located above a tavern, creating a unique atmosphere. The hotel's location in the historical center, combined with its amenities that match its level, makes it an ideal choice in terms of value for money.

Solid furniture, although a bit worn in some places. The sound insulation within the rooms isn't the best (although it isn't an issue since the street is rather quiet). The breakfast is basic and not too varied, but still tasty and satisfying.

Very friendly staff and outstanding value for money for what was a great room. Lovely breakfast and the hotel was spotless. In an area that had plenty of restaurants and which was close to the centre.

The staff were very kind people and tried to do everything for my comfort. Included breakfast is the best I've had in hotels, especially at this price - every day there was some new local dish, right from the stove and always with great service. Location is awesome - in 10 minute walk there are two beautiful parks and many good cafes and restaurants. Drinkable tap water. For this price they greatly exceeded my expectations. They tried so hard to make me feel like I was the dear and valuable guest! For me, this compensated for all room problems. I left there with only the good memories. I really want to rate it 10, but unfortunately there were problems with the infrastructure.

There were problems with the hot water in some times of the day. At the time of my stay (March) it was cold inside. No soundproofing - I often heard conversations from the reception.

Znakomity! The hotel is great. Enourmous breakfasts, clean, cosy room, nice, helpful and hospitable staff and great location. I had a great time and can't wait to be there again!

This mini hotel is very clean. It’s perfectly located right in the center of Yerevan, though on a very noisy street with a lot of cars and restaurants. There is always someone at the front desk 24/7 ready to help. The breakfast is large and tasty.

The location is perfect - basically, you find yourself in Yerevan's downtown, close to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast was exceptional - it started at 9am, which worked perfect for me. At the same time, the hosts was ready to serve breakfast earlier should I have requested it. Excellent price/value ratio!

Location, quiet, amenities

For some reason, they wanted to bring breakfast upstairs the night before. This meant that the "hot" dish was cold by morning. No hot water for tea/coffee and no kettle in the room.
