Trendy common area in the center of town!
✓ Loved the location! So convenient and easy to walk to everything on the north shore. Awesome pool right by our room and great views from the rooftop!

Older building that has been maintained. Great for a budget traveller. Safe for solo travellers.
✓ 24 hour front desk woman was wonderful! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Courtyard well kept, clean, quiet while centally located. Room was large and clean. My air conditioner was dripping. Owner was there immediately to fix it. They work very hard to maintain a high standard.

✓ Good location close to ferry and all Centro restaurants. Communication with staff was very good, particularly with pre-visit questions. Good Wifi.
✗ No hot water in sinks. No drinking water provided other than the small bottle in room upon arrival (other hotels often have a water bottle in the coffee/breakfast area; I.C. doesn't have such an area). Although the room was quiet, the neighbor's dogs barked nearly nonstop on a few of the nights and their rooster actively crowed to announce morning, and often throughout the rest of the day too.

Great option, very central!
✓ The position is great, very central to everything (main street, north beach, ferry and bus if you want to go to the other side of the island). The staff was very helpful (big thank you especially to Cassandra! who helped me A LOT to answered all my questions as i had no phone to check stuff.) Place was also cleaned every day. AC available.
✗ Nothing. Maybe breakfast would have been nice to have, also considering the price paid.

✓ A wonderful Hotel right in de City center. very nice staff, clean and we also had a refrigerator.
✗ due to we were not allowed to hang sth over the balcony There were no good opportunities to hang sandy and wet beach towels.
