Beautiful little gem, well located

✓ Amazing little gem of a hotel - truly beautiful! Check in was super easy - just an online form to fill (or paper version in the bedroom if you prefer) and access codes are sent via the app. The staff was absolutely lovely, let me have a late check out and recommended the easiest way to the Alhambra, which is not far.

✗ My room gave directly onto reception, and the door did not provide much soundproofing, but it is a beautifully decorated old building, so worth the compromise!

✓ Small boutique property with all the necessary amenities and kind, friendly staff. The air con was excellent and allowed us to escape the heat of the day. I would have liked to have a kettle or a coffee machine in the room but I quickly and easily adjusted to the endless supply provided by the staff in the breakfast room

✗ There are some ground-floor poolside rooms for wheelchair access but otherwise someone with a disability my find difficulty in this lovely hotel.

Felt like a luxury hotel

✓ What an amazing hotel! Starts with the extremely friendly and helpful stuff and ends with amazing rooms, huge, almost luxurious bathrooms, and amazing location. Close to main attractions and lots of local food spots.

✗ Confirmation e-mail including entry code did not arrive prior to our arrival but the issue was solved promptly over the phone and whatsapp.

✓ the property at candil suite was good and new furnished with tropical and summery vibe. if you are a couple, you will definitely love staying there.

✗ actually the location is in the center but it is not easy accessible as you need to take stairs to reach the property. they also dont have a receptionist so all informations regarding check in check out were being shared only via Booking.com messages and they took time to reply our chats. As we checking out, they didn't reserve us a taxi yet they gave us the taxi center to call.

✓ I travelled alone late in the evening, the hotel manager stayed on the phone directing me firstly to the car park and secondly to the hotel, very sweet. Hightly recommend this hotel great rooms with super decor, comfy beds and very central, thank you for a great stay.
