✓ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj for a few nights and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, with excellent facilities and a beautiful ambiance. Upon arrival, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and efficiently checked me in. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team was diligent in ensuring that my room was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities offered were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the luxurious swimming pool area. One aspect that impressed me the most was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially during these current times. The staff diligently followed all safety protocols and made sure that guests felt safe and cared for. However, I would like to mention my experience at the hotel's restaurant during breakfast. Despite the stellar food, the hospitality at Tiqri left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until I left, there was a distinct lack of warmth and attentiveness. The staff seemed disinterested and not very welcoming, which created an atmosphere that was less than inviting.While the food quality was great, I didn't feel a sense of genuine hospitality from the restaurant staff. It felt as though they lacked proper training in delivering exceptional customer service. Improving their hospitality skills is a must for a brand of such stature!
