Disappointing

123 Drax Hall- worse host- its a prison not a vacation home. very unsafe to stay there!!!

✓ the surrounding area was nice, plants etc

✗ I stayed at 123 drax hall, the first house next to security. the host and security was horrible from the moment I got there! I felt like I was in a prison and being watched and listened too. The host at a list of rules that was not disclosed until I was there. she immediately said I was rude because I refused to pay the house keeper $80 which was already included in the fee I paid. from the first night she threatened to have security lock me out and sauna if I didn’t like her rules she would refund my $ and I can find somewhere else to stay.. No one was allowed to visit.. The cleaning lady was doing strange things like locking up the outdoor chairs for the back! wash one of our towel and hang it outside! came i. came there the day after we checked in nothing to clean and the host was upset that we was not there to meet the cleaning lady again..the host even told me to go back to my country.. she will lied about all of this in her response!! and say I did things I didn’t do! I reached out to booking and provided them with all the text messages and let then know this property at 123 drax hall is a dangerous place for then to send people to stay at. this host is horrible and every previous guest complained about her and they still have her on their site. this is an unsafe property and security making it worse.. I left there Tuesday morning 3days early and stayed at another property in Drax hall..I never stay at any place where the host was watching and listening to your conversation and I know she was because we never spoke verbally but she said “Ms Arthurton Like yourself I am a nonsense person. We have multiple of properties in Jamaica and ensure our standard is high. We waited over 3 hours to meet and greet you that is one of our policy. We tried to contact you many of times and your phone wasn’t making any connection. You come into the villa and think you can talk and handle anyone any how. Your tone and attitude speaks volumes maybe you didn’t notice but I...

✓ Housekeeper was professional. Yet when came to asking specific questions unreachable. So was the owner of 231 Drax hall.

✗ We were unable to have visitors stop by and spend the day with us. My friend had to find another place to stay. Because they wouldn't allow the fiancé to stay unless we pay a fee. As much as the whole rental agreement They were unreachable for the length of vacation We even we lock out of the villa for hours before we could get someone to help us I reach out to booking.com and they weren't even sure where we rented from. The management thar this only occurs with this property 231.

✗ My sister past away and I want have my niece and my great nieces over for a family dinner and I was told no it couldn't happen the owner was very inconsiderate she kept offering a bigger place at an additional cost of 250 a night per person when I told her it was for a family dinner not to sleep And also no hot water for 2 nights in a row

I'm going to look for something more comfortable next time

I really enjoy my stay there for the first time, I would recommend anyone to stay there.

✗ I booked this property for three guests for my mother's birthday. I paid fully online to include a cleaning fee of $60, $130 deposit and the rental fee. Upon arrival my mother was charged the cleaning fee again. When I contacted the host about the fee being charged again she had a attitude and blocked me after I requested it after checking out. Also she had two women going to property frequently to so call clean and the home didn't need to be cleaned. She had them watching my family. The housekeepers even brought clothes from elsewhere to wash for hours while my family was at the home. Horrible Hospitality and the host is a lier. Would never recommend anyone to book this place.
