It,s always heartwarming to hear that our service was appreciated, however, we have a policy of linen changes after every 3 nights, also, we provide paid laundry service as well in case our guest wants to do personal laundry, however, we will make more ammendments to ensure continued better services.

And I. Regards to the AC, we do not switch off AC, the power voltage in Antigua in not stable, due to the voltage fluctuations, the AC will switch itself off to prevent damage to the AC, however, all the AC works perfectly at night which is very important for good sleep at night, however, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused

Thank you for your feedback, all your complaints are noted, we will ensure it never happened again, sorry for the renovation work while you are with us. And I remember asking you if you are comfortable with the contractor doing renovation work while you are there and you said no problem because it's not in your room and the whole place was kept clean to ensure you are comfortable, again we are sorry for the inconveniences. And in regards to the bathroom, your room is an ensuite, bathroom and toilet are in your room, with cold and hot water, water is expected to go around, it's ok, that's why the bathroom has a fan vent, also your room and bathroom is clean daily to ensure your comfort.

Hello, thank you for your feedback back, we are sorry you felt the you felf, first of all, we are required by law to take guest information, which is a normal request from most hotels and guesthouses, it's for the good of the guests, because, in case of emergency we will be able to contact the family, secondly, we request you to give us authorisation from the owner of the credit card you are using, again it's a general rule requested by the banks in Antigua to ensure people's credit card are not being misuse, we have a lot of cases where people use other people credit card with us, and the owner end up filling for a chargeback, because the owner did not give us authorisation documents stating they are aware of the transaction, we end up not getting paid, also I informed the owner of the credit card that she is not obligated to provide any authorisation document if she doesn't want to, it's not a must, as long as the guest pay us on arrival and the owner of the credit card says OK she will continue with the credit card and she provided the documents that authorised us to use her card. Also regarding breakfast, I asked the guests about breakfast in the morning and the guests said its OK, they don't need breakfast in the morning, because they are tired and they prefer to sleep till late, I also inform them that the breakfast paid is only for one person not three persons, that if they need the breakfast, they have to pay for the extra 2 guests, and they declined. I believed we tried everything we have to ensure all information was given to avoid this type of situation, in conclusion, the guest should always use their own credit card for proper verification and in the event you have to pay for them, be ready to give authorisation document to whoever will be charging your credit card.
