My stay at Canopy Cortina!
✓ The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities within and nearby to the accommodation were amazing. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful for getting to and from your chosen resort for the day. If you're wanting to check out multiple resorts in a day then you can utilise the Hakuba Valley free shuttle as well. Mike and his cooking team also produced a fantastic dinner every night. It was something I always looked forward to.
✗ I didn't have my own bathroom but that's something I signed up to. Next time I will book a room with a private bathroom. There is also limited food nearby if you're wanting to get snacks but the staff were very happy to make a detour one afternoon after skiing.

✓ All around amazing. The owner and staff were excellent and hospitable. Breakfast every morning was perfect... would honestly drive an hour for the breakfast itself. Nice little bar with draft beer and good wine, and overall very well kept and clean hotel. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

A wonderful, cosy place!
✓ The location is close to Cortina ski lifts. Just 5 minutes walk to the hotel and the lifts. The couple that runs the place are warm and lovely people that made me feel at home. There is space to sit in front of the open fireplace, which makes the place warm and relaxing. The bed was good. The Japanese breakfast was good. Nothing was a problem: I needed some advise for a guide - and got it, I needed a lunch package - and Mike arranged it. Mike’s cooking is the kind you can find in fancy restaurants.
✗ Not having a toilet in the room. However it was clearly stated in the description, so it was no surprise. Having to leave 😁

Our hot-tub is reserved by private booking only. It can be enjoyed alone, with your partner - or your family!

We provide a shuttle to Tsugaike, Iwatake and Happo. Norikura and Cortina Resorts are skiable from our doorstep. We also provide transfer on arrival & departure (Happo-One) Hakuba Goryu or 47 Resort is not on our shuttle route.

Yes we can! As long as we have notice, our kitchen is more than happy to cater for any dietary requirements. We even have our own house-made rice flour bread.

Hello, Canopy provides 1-2 morning shuttles depending on number of guests. Leaving 7:45 - 9:00am. Canopy provides a complimentary shuttle for arrival & departure. Tsugaike is under a 10 minute drive away. We can collect & drop you off with ease.

Hello, Yes! Our lodge is child friendly. Majority of our guests are young families just like yours. Cortina + Norikura Resorts have slopes for all ski levels. Canopy has a unique ski-to-door location to both resorts. All the best, Emily

We provide our own shuttle service that runs from the lodge through to Happo One Resort, stopping at Norikura, Tsugaike and Iwatake Resorts along the way. We provide a drop off service in the morning, and pick up service in the afternoon.
