Hello there! Do you apartments contain a washer and dryer? If not, is there a common washer and dryer that guests can use?
We have a separate guests laundry room with two washers and two dryers for our guests to use. We supply also detergent complimentary for our guests. By the way, the ice machine is located in the same room.
Is this a family oriented condos or couples only condos? Basically we have two kids 4 and 13 so we are looking for a family friendly place.
Hi there, Carimar is a perfect place for families. All units are large 2-bedroom apartments (1100 sqft) with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, large balcony or porch, plus 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
Our high season (and most expensive one) is between Christmas and end of March. The reason is not that it is the best time to visit here, the reason is that it is the time when it is bitter cold on the East Coast of the United States and people want to escape the cold weather. I personally think the nicest time to visit weather wise and also for the most perfect ocean (calm and clear turquoise water) is between Mai and August. The rates are also much lower.
When will you open your calendar for April 2022? My wife and I are coming for our 40th wedding anniversary. Thank you.
You can book April 2022 by end of April this year. Otherwise you can always get to us before directly.
is there smoking on the property or on balconies?
Carimar is a no-smoking property. This means, you cannot smoke in the apartments and also not on the balcony or porch. You can smoke on the beach but we ask you to be considerate to other persons using the beach. Thanks for your understanding.
How close to grocery stores are you
We are about 0.8 miles from Best Buy West, 15 minutes to walk or 4 minutes with our complimentary bicycles (they have a cart in front for shopping). Best Buy is one of the larger super markets on the island and open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm.
Since the Us does not have VAT tax will that be removed from total?
Hi there, since the service (accommodation) is provided locally in Anguilla, the Anguillan Law applies and VAT needs to be paid on the accommodation.
We have a family of 5, is there enough room and is this in the beach? Are there restaurants close to eat at
Our 2-bedroom units are about 1100 sqft. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other one two twin beds. It has space to put another twin bed into this bedroom. We are right on the beach on Meads Bay. There are 6 to 8 restaurants in walking distance
Can you please advise on the cancellation policy thanks
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is refundable if your cancellation is received 60 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations received inside the 60-day cancellation period, the deposit is non-refundable.
is this all inclusive? if not, where do guests eat? Thanks!
Carimar Beach Club is not an all-inclusive place, actually there is no all-inclusive hotel on the island of Anguilla. There are about 8 restaurants in walking distance to our property, some less than 100 feet away, there is also a large supermarket about 1 mile away (easy reachable with our free guest bikes) and all our units have a fully equipped kitchen. Carimar Beach Club also offers a breakfast service.
