✓ he hotel is located in the heart of the Gwanghwamun area, which is a great location for tourists. It's within walking distance to many popular attractions like the Gyeongbokgung Palace and the National Museum of Korea. -The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in a great location

✓ The hotel is in a great location, near to Jonggak metro station. It's walking distance from many of the key sights, such the two main palaces. There are lots of restaurants etc nearby. The hotel is nice, has good air conditioning and was reasonably quiet. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of variety including both continental and local options.

✗ I was on a long business trip and didn't need the room cleaned everyday, but sometimes the staff didn't clean room when requested.

✓ The location of the hotel was prefect. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning was good. Breakfast in restaurant was in line with expectations. Window view was fantastic.

✗ Even the hotel is smoking free, the staff is not controlling the people smoking in the rooms. Somebody in other room near by bathroom was heavily smoking the whole evening, and staff could do nothing with that guest. Of course they were so nice to offer me the other room, but collecting all stuff and moving out around 10 pm was not what difficult for me (I just opened the window). I think if the policy of the hotel is strict to smoking these situations should not happen and the staff is accountable for preventing such situations: fine must be high and must be taken immediately, for example.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Will stay again.

✓ Great location, close to many attractions, restaurants, convenience stores and shops. Friendly welcoming staff. Safe, comfortable and quiet. Exceeded my expectations.

✗ Unable to control temperature in room. There were 3 elevators, but 1 seemed to be out of service occasionally each day. Minor inconveniences.

Not a good value for money, but very well located

✓ It was equidistant to multiple subway stations, the old Hanok house town, the monuments and museums as well as the business district! so if you’re here for work, this is the perfect pick!

✗ The pictures don’t match with the hotel lookout, the rooms were a disappointment as mine had a lot of roughness with sliding doors as well as some holes on the wall that were just patched up irregularly
