The receptionists at the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wellnes was smaller, but beautiful. The massages are amazing too.

This is a really extraordinary place. Situated relatively close to the railway station, but not noisy at all, it is a very classy hotel with many pieces of art and large, spacious rooms. The crew is very friendly and always helpful at a blink of your eye. The spa in the basement is a class of its own, various saunas and a whirl pool in a quiet and decent amosphere. Watch your step, though, the floor can be a bit slippery. The breakfast is very nice and offers a great variety in an inviting manner.

Breakfast was fine, but I expected more as it was described as "luxurious". Compared to my other stays at 5 stars hotels it was rather mediocre. Not bad at all but not great either.

Covid 19 precautions - you're welcomed by a huge sign telling you to wear a mask and the receptionists standing next to it aren't wearing any. And when asked to do so, they make comments with sour faces. They said they were being tested on a daily basis, which I seriously doubt, and that they were vaccinated. Which is nice but still not in concordance with the contemporary rules issued by the Ministry for health. The delta mutation of covid can be spread by vaccinated people and can send them to hospitals too. In the restaurant only 1 of the many waiters was wearing the mask properly, others had them on their chins or didn't bother wearing them at all. When I called the room service, nobody answered the phone, but moments later, when we went to the reception, the receptionist was there and didn't explain why she didn't answer it. She had difficulties telling us the daily specials because, I quote "the chef is a foreigner and I don't understand him". This hotel is more expensive than some 5 star hotels, where I stayed but compared to them, the experience was worse. For the money I expect the staff to be more polite and respect basic hygiene rules, which are obligatory to all of us and not difficult at all.
