Great location, super relaxing stay
✓ The food was excellent - loved the buffet. And the pool and hotel room was gorgeous. We went to the Spa - had a wonderful massage, and the spa facilities are really nice. And we used the gym too, which is a great thing to have on site. Well equipped and we were the only ones in there so they let us connect our music to the main speaker. Overall, the staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating.
✗ We got our nails done at the hotel - not great, possibly one of the worst pedicures I've had in my life. The guy had no idea what he was doing. The alcoholic drinks were interesting. Fine if you stick to the G&Ts or the beers, but the cocktails were not the best. You kind of need to take things into your own hands and dictate all the ingredients. Otherwise some strange things go in.

Great stay!
✓ One of the best beaches for snorkeling. The hotel had a fun atmosphere and events and the staff were very acommodating. The food is great and I highly recommend getting the full package with all meals as it can be difficult to get clean food in the area.
✗ I had issues with the bathroom the shower was old and the toilet didn't flush properly. We werent informed about the renovation near the pool area which was annoying.

✓ Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Facilities were very nice. The mango juice was amazing.
✗ Room service food was not good at all. The croquettes were uncooked yet burned and the shawarma was tasteless. Do not waste your money on the room service food. I have attached a photo of the menu vs what they gave me.

Maybe once a 5 star hotel, but they seem to have lost it, to me this seemed no more than a 3 star hotel. Wouldnt recomme
✓ The place it self is a bit idyllic,r nice houses, green grass, etc.
✗ The rooms seems outdated, things needs to be fixed, broken this and broken that. Called the reception and complained on multiple ocations, they said they would send someone to fix it, like the broken phone, and the broken security-lock on the front door, but they never came. The breakfast was a dissappointment, like one you would expect at a very cheap hotel, the dinner was better though.

The staff was wonderful, the beach is great, and the food is nice.
✓ After looking at a bunch of reviews of other resorts in the area, I was worried about the quality of facilities/staff, but was very pleasantly surprised during my stay. I arrived at 3am from the US totally exhausted (I know, poor planning on my part haha), but the night staff were so accommodating and helpful and got me settled in very nicely. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful!
✗ I didn't like that I had to leave. haha. if anything, just know that there are two "wings" to the resort, one that is beach front, and the other one that is not. If you're staying in the "garden wing" (aka non beachfront), depending on where your room is, you'll have to walk through the resort and cross a large intersection in order to get to the beach (but they have a crossing guard to help you get across the road). The grounds are very well maintained and the flowers smelled really good so the walk was super pleasant for me (and I prefer it, because it's quieter in the garden wing).

A nice place to stay on a 1 week trip
✓ The hotel is not too big and located in a nice and green environment with some nice pools. Also close to Naama Bay facilities. Rooms were spacious and clean. And the people were always helpful. We had a little issue with the lock and it got tackled immediately
✗ The restaurant was a bit below expectations. Not enough change in the food and some dishes were quickly empty and took a while to refill (especially with breakfast). Also the waiters didn’t have the reflex to ask for drinks. The food itself was tasty however. And people always polite nonetheless.

Unfortunately extra bed is not available in the suite, only in the superior room which is on the Beach side
