From extraordinary stay during check-in to disappointing after check-out

βœ“ - Beautiful location - High level of cleanliness

βœ— - Reception staff weren’t helpful enough to the level of hotel. For example, I had to pay daily internet fees and came to know that if I had a mariott account, I would have got these for free! They asked me during check out if I have an account without explaining its benefits. - Some fees are not clear (although being part of contract) like overnight valet parking fees and so on. I think such information should have been illustrated better during check in especially for foreign travelers like me. - I think wi-fi service should be for free

great staff, location. non pet friendly rooms should be made available. additionally I asked for a higher floor for the

βœ— I could have had a better view. the place was very empty when I first arrived and it should have been made available if a better view would cost more. additionally, I didn’t realize the place was pet friendly and my allergies were triggered.

βœ“ Location was great. Staff were nice. Room was ok. 11th floor and we still had all the noise from outside until after 2am. Room itself was good, beds comfy, good coffee. Some panels meant to hide things could use some realignment, but overall, we will stay here again.

Not really worth the price we paid

βœ— Room was not cool enough even with the thermostat on 68 and couldn’t figure out how to turn the bathroom lights on so we had to shower in the dark which is unacceptable for the price we paid.

Hello., thank you for reaching out. Our property accepts dogs no bigger than 35lbs. They must be leashed when out of the room. Dogs may note be left alone in the rooms and are not allowed in areas where food is served. There is no fee.

No, unfortunately, non of our rooms have a pull out sofas.

If you are a member of the Marriott Bonvoy Rewards program, your Wi-Fi is complimentary. If booking through another party, upon check in just remember to attach your rewards number to your reservation and you will receive the complimentary Wi-Fi.
