Fabulous place, just don't use their bus if you're in a hurry!
✓ The hotel was amazing, the room, the pools, the venue, beautiful and a fabulous location with beach, pool, marina and various shops and little restaurants nearby.
✗ We landed at SLL and had only had hand luggage so that we could rush to check in for a race we were competing in the next day- however, the hotel bus made us wait over an hour for another passenger, so we missed our check in and had to get up at 4am in order to get checked in, we were lucky, as the race organizers had sympathy for us. They had assured us that we would be picked up and taken straight to the hotel .:( Very stressful start to the race weekend, so would get a taxi next time.

I had a very good weekend and I would reccomend the location and the hotel. I would definately repea
✓ Breakfast was very good and with a big choice of sweet and savory options. I found that the lunch and dinner buffets, were not as varied, but still satisfactory the pool is just fantastic and the hotel beach as well. my room was very confortable and quite, maybe a bit unembellished
✗ I cannot think of things that could have been much better. It has been a very satisfactory stay.

✓ I loved the neighbourhood, you can take a long walk around, breakfast is really good as well.
✗ It was my bday and they called me by phone saying that we have 20 mins, if we will take more time we will be charged, from my point of view it's rude for 5* hotel and very inhospitable

✗ Very dirty and the cleaning is so bad dast and hair everywhere towels should be changed and staf are only using new towels but not taking the old ones the rooms smelled so bad the cleaning is rated as zero
