Exceptional
✓ Pousada Paraíso was like its name: a paradise! Just loved it so much! Employees were so polite and helpful! Everything was simple but perfect and with small beautiful details! Heitor is the owner of the place and a gentleman! I do indicate if you wanna stay in Santo Amaro (best place for Lencois Maranhanses) and wanna feel like home!

Good posada to stay while visiting Lencoise Maranheses, with a few facility issues
✓ The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodated us when we asked to shower in a different room (no hot water in ours). Also the location is good, just a short walk from the main square and a quick drive to Lencoise Marenheses.
✗ Our bathroom had a strong sulfur/sewer smell that made our room smell weird, and our hot water did not work.
