✓ Location is perfect, super central and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They were always available to reply to your questions and resolve your issues.

✗ The room has no light and it was smaller than expected.

✓ Clean, comfortable. Loved having a kettle to make a cup of tea before bed. Nice to have the fridge to keep my water cold and for food items picked up from the market Once I knew where it was, it was easy to find but arriving by cab, the taxi driver dropped me off and pointed “over there” Great location for restaurants, markets, historic sites Would stay again

✗ - hairs everywhere (floor, bathroom, sink, bed) - not clean, dirt on the toilet - mold on half of the bathroom ceiling - lightbulbs didn’t work which made the room and bathroom very dark - shower hose kept falling which was dangerous sometimes - don’t provide suitcase storage. There are three lockers that you can’t use unless you’ve a €2 coin even for guests. So needed to pay for the ones in a nearby storage. - don’t supply shampoos and conditioner so had to look for a supermarket

✓ Location was great! In the center with all the restaurants nearby. Easy to find. The room was very clean, spacious, and overall comfortable. Definitely booking here again when i’ll be back in this city!!
