✓ breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Rooms were well designed.

✗ Wifi connection was terrible. The connection kept breaking off. Some of the rooms were not getting the wifi signal at all. I didnt like the fact that the hotel charges for ice to your room. Most hotels provide free ice. If the staff have a difficulty in providing ice, a better solution is to provide an ice machine on each floor close to the elevators and provide ice buckets in the rooms for guests to self help. Its just a one time investment.

✓ Location, kindness and quiet (I know next to Hard Rock Hotel side of rooms are must noisy at evening) And doormen were very kind all of them and at the Pastry addiction.

✗ The Closure of Swimming pool and Gym, very unluckily. But WiFi issues as many guests commented, it was one of the worst speeds I experienced at Thailand Hotel. Also, the TV signal was awful, so I couldn't watch nearly any channels.

✓ Staff were great and room was clean. Staff were very helpful when we asked about helping us book certain activities. Breakfast was quite good, a little repetitive but it's just like most other buffet breakfast in hotels.

✗ I wasn't expecting the swimming pool to be shallow. The pool looked big in the photos on booking.com but when we went for a swim the pool was barely swimmable as it wasnt deep enough to properly swim. Be careful what you use in the room as we were not aware that the bath bomb had to be paid for. It wasn't pricey but we were just not aware of it.

Great hotel with nice rooms，staffs and breakfast。

✓ The staffs are all very nice👍🏻Thebreakfast is great，they change sometime every day👍🏻The location is great，just opposite the sea and some rooms can have very good sea view。There are many shops around and you can slowly walk to Central World Pattaya with nice foodcourt（Pattaya Night Market just behind CWP，it has very good price compared to Bangkok。The famous 红姐餐厅for seafoodjust next to it）。Also can slowly walk to Pattaya Walking Street etc。Grab to Terminal21 etc also very cheap。

✗ The pool and gym is small。They are located at Level 2。The pool water is very dirty，you can see it visually when under water。Me and my friends all have rashes after swimming there（no problem when swim in all other hotels on the trip）。By the way，Pattaya beach are very dirty with a lot of rubbish😂

✗ Day before I asked for late checkout or if I can paid half day as my flight at evening time but the lady at reception told me that hotel fully booked which not right that’s forced me to booked a full night just for 3 hrs stay & when I did checkout the staff by reception were shocked why not ask for late checkout & not to pay full night which’s a big joke for me & they keep asking me which lady told you that bla bla bla.
