✗ the elevator is very old, if you don‘t like to use elevators in general, this one is definitely not for you.

✓ Good location, close to center, easy connection to train station. Friendly staff. Great cafe outside with good local food.

Fine for a night

✓ Close to the old town. Room small and basic but very clean. It had a small fridge, which wasn’t listed in the advert, and the staff were quick to respond to questions.

✗ I booked a room with a balcony. The ‘balcony’ was a full cage with an ashtray bin that overlooked nothing.

Good hotel in downtown Bratislava

✓ Hotel is placed close to Danube, on central position, the staff is very helpful and answers fast to emails, very good communication. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is a good start for the day.

✗ The garage is not the same building, but very close.

✗ The room is not located in the main hotel. It is located in a different building - a residential building. The breakfast room is really small - people have to wait to get a table. The breakfast room is also outside the hotel.

Definitely worth it

✓ Staff very nice and helpful. I don't remember if a fridge was mentioned in the listing, because that was a very pleasant surprise mid-summer. Granted, Bratislava is a very small city, but the location is indeed exceptional - pretty much anything you might want to take a look at is close by.

✗ Bed - not very comfy. The room was also very high up, but there is a lift, so it does not really matter too much.
