Overall a great place
✓ A very nice surprise having a named welcome letter with a bottle of cava waiting in the room. The view was great and the beds absolutely amazing. The room was nice and quiet even though the window was to a busy street. The private underground parking garage was a huge bonus with an elevator taking you directly to your floor. One of two elevators was out of use and signs pointing to the hotel elevator along the way from the garage could be slightly improved, if something, being a 5-star hotel. It's still easy to find using common sense though. Wish we could've stayed longer, but will be back one day.
✗ The city being rather cold, the room was noticably cold as well with the wall mounted AC unit / heater controller not turning on for some reason. Still got a good night sleep on the awesome beds though. A second issue was us being waken up at 1am by a hotel employee and a guard (?) knocking on the door for several minutes, and after opening, claiming we're smoking in the room (as non-smokers), as the room entrance fire alarm had reportedly gone off despite it not making a sound in the room. The pair quickly realised it being a false alarm, sincerely apologized and left. Apparently the fire alarm is broken, which will hopefully be fixed soon. The third and final issue was the parking garage door not automatically opening, for whatever reason, upon leaving despite having a good size car, meaning it had to be manually opened using a button on the wall mounted control box of the door. Overall the issues weren't that major, but things you wouldn't want at a 5-star hotel, best ones in town.

✓ An exceptional deal for the price - the staff was very friendly and helpful, our suites were by far the nicest and cleanest we've encountered in Europe, great facilities, easy location 5 minutes from the main bus terminal... Loved everything about the Suites Plaza and their staff. They made us feel like VIPs. I would go again in a heartbeat and recommend that you do as well.

✗ We had to pay twice for the room... I booked it over booking and paid the full price. When I was checking out, I was told to pay again at the reception. I was told that hotel has the right to ask for additional payments which is true. BUT it’s not normal to pay twice for the room

✓ Rooms were exceptionally clean and big. Staff were extremely helpful and nice on our arrival and throughout our stay.

We have parking service in the hotel which costs €22 per night. Unfortunately, we do not book spots in advance since they are provided at the moment of check-in. If there weren´t any available places, there´s another parking 20 mts from the hotel.
