This hotel was very nice, but a typical big hotel, the furnitures were nice but not so amazing. We have a room very small inside of our flat, but the flat was big and confrtable. The hotel was in a good location to visit everything. Wonderful breakfast !

very noisy outside the window ( room 504) - and incredible they had hight aircondition in reception - this isn't so smart - outside the climate was perfect without air condition! In this period with so much problem with climate I cannot understand why you must use it.

The room was very big and comfortable! The staff was helpfull and gave good tips of places to see around Andorra. Nice location, very close from a lot of stores, turistic points and bus station!

I like that is close to shops and restaurants, well noise proof , clean and staff was excelent.

Tv too old to use smart view, parking was a problem and not available on site . You had to sort out ur own life there and find out how parking system is working. Also the recommended parking outside hotel was very expensive.

Comfy bed. The 2 clothes cupboards are spacious.

Passage in bedroom is narrow and partially block by the wall mounted TV.

Friendly staff - very accomodating. Having the bedroom separate from the living room was also nice. Onsite parking was also good. Room was very clean. Lots of storage space in the room.

The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and scratchy…I expect a better night’s sleep from 5* hotels.

Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. Large room with a separate living space, generous layout. Breakfast buffet very large selection.

Bathroom could use better lights.

Location excellent in middle of main shopping/commercial area. Room was large and comfortable, including large bathroom. Breakfast buffet was huge and covered all tastes (except Asian?) Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel itself and staff were great. The problem was the parking (I came by car). Though the hotel says it has parking, there was none available for the stays of my nights. I had to pay extra to park in a city lot within 100m that was ok but exposed the car to intense sunshine/heat (no shade, trees, roofs etc.). The hotel should not advertise that it has parking if in fact it cannot provide it. However, everything else was great....

The staff is very flexible and friendly. When I asked them for water, they bring it to the room without any charges. For the parking, they wear also very flexible that allows me to keep part even after the check-out time.

It says 5 stars hotel, but not that quality level. Hotel and room are fine, nothing doubt, that it seems 3 or 4 stars hotel. Maybe I did expect too much because of 5 stars.
