Great hotel in a frat location with great staffc
✓ I choose the hotel for its central location. The reception staff went over and above. They helped me obtain alternative transport when a booked coach didn’t turn up.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Andorra la Vella
✓ The hotel is centrally located by the main street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is breakfast and dinner at the hotel that you don't have to prebook (at least in summer/autumn). The buffet had lots of different options.
✗ It was hot outside when I visited, but the aircon in the room did not seem to change the temperature (just blasted room temperature air into the room). There are no drinks included with the dinner at the hotel (not even tap water) which was a bit of a shame. There is a very small gym available to use free of charge but the room is not well ventilated.

✓ Very clean. Beds were very comfortable . Staff were friendly.
✗ Very noisy in the front facing rooms . Traffic and water display very loud . Rooms are old fashioned.

✓ Perfect central location, walking distance from everything central in Andorra, perfect for a 1 night stay. Clean rooms, great mattress. Great cleanliness and a perfect amenities.
