Fantastic location and very reasonable out of season.

We’ve been coming here for years but this year is the first it started to feel like service and experience was slipping,… still, it’s the best hotel in Andorra central so we’ll definitely be back next year.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side.

The furniture and overall structures of the hotel had some wear and tear due to normal usage, so some minor renovations should do the trick. Finally, addressing my biggest (and only) criticism about the suite: The view. What you see in the picture was all the view I had (there's another window in the bathroom but doesn't play a part here). Personally, I found the window in the room not only small, but positioned in a place that makes you feel a little "caged". My proposal would be to widen that window and make it a panoramic view so that when sitting on the desk, have that splendid view of the mountains.

Beautiful property, in a gorgeous location with very nice grounds, and large spacious rooms. close to the town centre, and friendly staff.

Extra cost for the parking Breakfast could have been more luxurious outside pool was not open, despite glorious sunshine.

beautiful grounds, beautiful pool and at first I was dreading how far away it was from the pedestrian shopping but the staff showed me a great short cut

there was a small issue with the AC not working but staff was able to change me rooms very quickly and were very apologetic and gave me a credit on my final bill which was more than adequate

the outside grounds, massage, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and spacious room with stellar views. Gym was good but no yoga mats.

The entrance is not easy to understand. I ended up going in the back entrance and winding around. The indoor design is a bit cold and lacking in charm or sophistication, feels a bit like a ski hotel (not a lodge or chalet). made up for by the oasis outside in a bustling commercial retail center.

Huge thank you to David, Nuno, and the other hotel staff for an excellent stay. My original 1 night stay was extended to 9 days because I fell ill. The staff arranged my transportation to the hospital for diagnosis (bronchitis, not COVID luckily!) and continued to check in on me each time I passed the front desk. Everyone was extremely kind, thorough, and accommodating. I don't wish for anyone to be sick on vacation, but if you are, you could not pick a better place to rest and convalesce. Plus, the breakfast served every morning was delicious! Thank you all so much, I will most surely stay here again when I return to Andorra
