How often does the ski shuttle bus stop by the property?
Our wone shuttle is available 24H00 a day between the hotel and the Canillo ski lift or the village, and guests only have to ask for the service at reception desk or by phone. The distance is about 1.5 Km and the travel time is 5 minutes. You can leave the hotel already equiped for ski.
Have you taken any precautions for check-in because of the coronavirus?
Yes we are implementing a contactless check-in. For that reason we need that clients send us in advance a copy or photo (front and back) of the Identity Card/Passport of all passengers older than 16 y.o., please use mail or Message.
Airport shuttle is free ? If not how much is it ? Is shared ?
Airport shuttle is operated by ANDBUS, please find all the information in the web or send us one e-mail
How often does the ski shuttle bus stop by the ski lift to bring back to the property?
It is a continuos service
Does the free shuttle bus go to El Tarter and Soldeu? If not can we use the lift passes to move within the villages?
The hotel transfer will only take you to Canillo-Hotel-Canillo. The lift pass is only good for skiing.

yes there are , it is free , From hotel to ski Canillo lift from 9 to 10 pm

Hellow good morning. Yes we have, our shuttle bus just go to canillo station. the entrance of the spa cost €10 per person.

We are glad to know that you loved our bar "Dagda Irish Pub", where you can find a menu with pizzas, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, nachos, patatas bravas and much more... We also have live music every Saturday. As you mentioned, our car park, which is just a stone's throw from our facilities, is for exclusive use, which is why it has a separate cost.
