Fabulous
✓ I got a large room, which I was very greatful for, because the hotel before had very, very small rooms. The stuff was very helpful as well. I appreciated the location, which is not in the busy area. You can walk along the river to the centre, which is a nice short walk.

Great stay in Andorra
✓ This hotel is a great combination of price, location and service. The staff especially the lady at checkin are courteous, always smiling and helpful. They kept my luggage for a few hours while I waited for my bus. They offer a wide buffet for breakfast with hot dishes. The hotel is located at a 10mins walking distance from the Bus Terminal, and 15-20mins from the Commercial street. There is a very good laundromat nearby as well as supermarkets. The rooms look outdated but that is compensated with them being clean, comfortable and views of the mountains. The bathroom was large and clean too.
✗ They don’t offer water bottles in the room. Its not a bid deal though.

✓ Airy, large, comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff (Thank you, Monika 😘) Lift.
✗ Not the hotel’s fault but it was a LONG walk from the centre until I discovered the lifts. Ask for directions BEFORE you set off.

✓ The breakfast is nice! The rooms seems a little bit old but anyway it's clean. The stuffs were very helpful.
✗ The bathroom is small. Not the best location from the center but not so so far neither, acceptable for the price.

✓ Breakfast was good, cheap (8.50 euros) and with a big buffet, comfy beds, big rooms, very clean

Disappointing
✓ I can say that the breakfast was pleasant. The small chocolate gifts left for Easter were so cute.
✗ The room was small with no air conditioner. Our room was interior and we needed to open our window to breathe properly however we couldn´t sleep due to noisy guests... The remote controller was broken, and I had to plug off the TV to shut it down. Overall furniture was old but clean. The lighting system is too much for our small room. It couldn´t meet the value of our money, sorry. (PS: If you are the only English speaker, you might face struggles during your stay. Staffs speak Spanish/Catalan/French.)

We don't have shuttle bus, to arrive to Vallnord you can take bus L5 or L6. TO arrive to Grandvalira you can take bus L2-L3-L4
