The breakfast is nice! The rooms seems a little bit old but anyway it's clean. The stuffs were very helpful.

The bathroom is small. Not the best location from the center but not so so far neither, acceptable for the price.

The hotel is a relatively short walk from the bus station. The room was clean and fairly spacious with comfortable beds. The WiFi was good in the room that I stayed in.

Not too bad hotel. Location is good, they have their own underground parking but there is a public one just up the hill. Parking spaces in Andorra are limited and that's normal. Breakfast was really good and cheap. Room was clean. Girl from the reception was very helpful, though her English was not the best but she tried her best.

The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it's not an issue. Inside everything is maintained very well.

The size of the room was massive. Nice shower but perhaps have some instructions on how to use.

The staff were helpful and efficient. The place was clean. It was good value for money.

Hotel parking was 'full' when we arrived, which was 2 hours before our check in time. Hotel bar didn't open at all. Location a bit far from the centre.

Parking was only for shall cars, had to park car 1km away, in no way did it say that on the listing, it just says "private parking' i would have booked somewhere else if I had known. Room dated, WiFi appalling

it was really clean, the bathroom was really nice and the beds were comfy. The parking space indoors was great, but we did pay for it. It‘s a nice (relatively short) walk into the city center.

Receptionist was nice and friendly.Room and Bathroom was very clean and tidy. Price was very affordable. From room window we had very nice view. Location is good for this price. You can walk to city center. Room was very big and had 3 single comfortable bed. Bathroom was also big enough.

Room intercom was not working all the time. We complained 3 times, they made the note in front of us but never bothered to take any action. If we needed anything we had to go down again and again from 6th floor. Not much option in breakfast for Vegan or Vegetarian. The open area which they have shown in pictures here, where there are chairs and you can sit and have a nice view, is not there. They have built a gym there.

I got a large room, which I was very greatful for, because the hotel before had very, very small rooms. The stuff was very helpful as well. I appreciated the location, which is not in the busy area. You can walk along the river to the centre, which is a nice short walk.

This hotel is a great combination of price, location and service. The staff especially the lady at checkin are courteous, always smiling and helpful. They kept my luggage for a few hours while I waited for my bus. They offer a wide buffet for breakfast with hot dishes. The hotel is located at a 10mins walking distance from the Bus Terminal, and 15-20mins from the Commercial street. There is a very good laundromat nearby as well as supermarkets. The rooms look outdated but that is compensated with them being clean, comfortable and views of the mountains. The bathroom was large and clean too.

They don’t offer water bottles in the room. Its not a bid deal though.

Not the hotel’s fault but it was a LONG walk from the centre until I discovered the lifts. Ask for directions BEFORE you set off.

Breakfast was good, cheap (8.50 euros) and with a big buffet, comfy beds, big rooms, very clean

The hotel is a little old, but still beautiful! Could make use of a renew
