I enjoyed pretty much everything. Small room but big enough for one person. There's only one elevator though which could take a while during high season if there are many guests. But since it was low season, I never waited too long. The place is quiet at night. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Bathroom and room in general were both clean. Easy check in and check out. Good location not too far from the bus station.

When taking a shower, the water sprays everywhere and tends to create a puddle on the floor.

the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel was clean and very close to the shopping areas and Caldea. They have a decent parking arrangement considering you are in the center of town. The toilets were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. the size of the room was very nice, as well as the size of the bathroom.

the walls are so thin you can hear everything that is going on in other rooms. The hosts could show you on a map where to “temporarily” park before the permanent parking arrangement is done.

great location, huge and modern bathroom

Super noisy. My room was on the 1st floor and I could hear every noise from the corridor / from the kitchen. Till 11PM and from 7AM. Also "interior patio" meant a dark, closed chimney something, so I was unable to let fresh air in.

I like the separate heater in the main room and the bathroom. It was also quiet on the entire floor where I stayed.

I was just a little surprised regarding the city tax I needed to pay upon check-out, the receptionist didn't ask for it during the check-in. But no big deal though.

The bed was not comfortable. I woke up with a sore back every morning.

there was strong specific stench in the bathroom (probably due to some incorrect pipe installation), and in order to deal with the smell they put on an automatic air deodorant. combined smell was quite thick. the good thing that the door to the bathroom kept it all at bay

The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is amezing. It's near the shopping and the center. I really enjoy. But they don't have the buffet breakfast just the cafe which they not really speak english but we can get through. About the room, for the solo traveller my room has only 1 bed big bathroom and it's really clean.

About the room, for the solo traveller my room has only 1 bed big bathroom with no view. It's has window but the view is inside the building which not very plasent. And also the they dont have glass or spoon for you. So it's really hard for me to drink water without bottle.

It was clean and the location was fine. Coffee shop downstairs.

The first room smelled fusty, as if someone had been smoking in it. There was a flood in my room during the night and my sweater got drenched. I had to pack up and move to another room. I felt I could have expected at least a free coffee at breakfast but no. Not one member of staff spoke English so it was tricky communicating.
