✓ I enjoyed pretty much everything. Small room but big enough for one person. There's only one elevator though which could take a while during high season if there are many guests. But since it was low season, I never waited too long. The place is quiet at night. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Bathroom and room in general were both clean. Easy check in and check out. Good location not too far from the bus station.
✗ When taking a shower, the water sprays everywhere and tends to create a puddle on the floor.

Good value for money, 5 min walk from Caldea
✓ the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel was clean and very close to the shopping areas and Caldea. They have a decent parking arrangement considering you are in the center of town. The toilets were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. the size of the room was very nice, as well as the size of the bathroom.
✗ the walls are so thin you can hear everything that is going on in other rooms. The hosts could show you on a map where to “temporarily” park before the permanent parking arrangement is done.

✓ great location, huge and modern bathroom
✗ Super noisy. My room was on the 1st floor and I could hear every noise from the corridor / from the kitchen. Till 11PM and from 7AM. Also "interior patio" meant a dark, closed chimney something, so I was unable to let fresh air in.
