Location was good, staff was kind and helpful. Room was okay. Price was okay (out of season in May 2023)

Bathroom was a kind of heritage from the 1990's.. ..so a refurbishment should be applied.

Nice 4 stars with very good value for money, really close to Caldea and Andorra historica center and shopping mile. I booked half board and cannot really complain, the buffet has a variety of choices, both tasty and healthy. I would just add yoghurt to the breakfast!

No common spaces open air, aside the tables in front of the hotel.

the room was small but big enough for my purposes the bed was a small double, so ok for one person

the room was noisy with other hotel guests outside, hearing the plumbing and other creaks and bangs the breakfast and dinner are ok options, not fab but more or less acceptable the hotel car park was permanently full, so i had to go park elsewhere

The location is great. Right in the middle of city centre and the staff was really friendly and attencious.

I stayed there just for one night a and it was not as good. The room was smeling cigarets and as I don't smoke it was quite unpleasant.

Good location. The shower (and the bathroom in general) was very nice!

The window of our room didn't open on the outside, but a "hole" inside the building, so there was barely any natural light coming in. (Probably the more expensive rooms have normal windows.) Whenever we left the room, the air conditioning automatically switched on and cooled the room to such a low temperature that we were cold all the time (when we were in the room and not below blankets). There was no way to turn it off or to regulate this temperature.
