Staff at checkin were extremely helpful. Instructions to get to the car parking were excellent

On check we were told that we could get complimentary coffee or tea in the morning even if we weren't having breakfast, however on check out we were charged for the coffee (until we objected). The cost of the parking was quite steep (but I suppose that could be expected given the limited availability within the city

Clean, big rooms, good location.

Car park was full but there’s plenty of parking within a short walk of the hotel.

Apple Maps presently doesn’t have the location correct! The location on Apple is actually the parking garage. The coordinates are closer to: 42.50910° N, 1.52917° E

Clean and large rooms. Bathrooms were excellent and the staff were very helpful. Close to everything so didn’t need the car.

it’s a great value, breakfast is nice in the morning, staff is wonderful, and it’s located in the heart of the city. had a lovely time!

The bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress was too firm/hard and I couldn’t sleep very well.

Spacious, modern room. Very friendly front desk and barista staff. Great location.

The entire staff was helpful, professional, friendly and kind! The hotel was near to everything closeby. I liked the location. The View from balcony at night and the cool breeze along with the city views at night from balcony.

Check in time depends on the room availability but we set at 3 pm to ensure that they will be ready upon arrival. In case your room is not ready before 3 pm you could let your luggage in reception.
