Location in Emcamp, a parish in Andorra. Good and helpfull staff. Breakfast OK, enough. Comfortable, quiet room with safe. Nice pool

Room with a serious problem: there is no air conditioning and it gets hot at night. I had to open the window and balcony door to cool down. Fortunately there is no noise in the surroundings

The spa was great, really good value to have it included in the room price Bed was super comfortable Room was kept fresh by the staff Easy access as the bus stops right outside. Some nice restaurants in the village.

Breakfast was so-so The rooms were decorated in a rather old-fashioned way and there was not enough light to read and work. Just on the basis of the rooms I would score in more 3*+ than 4* It would have been nice to have more info in the room on local attractions

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and had lots of options! i went on a ski trip and the hotel is next to the free bus that takes you to the funicamp as well as one of the free parkings

I would have liked to have a kettle with a selection of teas in the bedroom

the property was very nice; definitely a small ski town feeling. the bed rooms were kind of small, but the balcony was nice to have. the bathroom was big itself, and the shower was lovely (temperature and pressure). there was a fridge, robe and slippers.

we had an oddly positioned pillar in the middle of our room. room lacked a coffee/tea maker. the parking garage is very narrow. sauna and spa was closed due to covid.

Didn't make use of spa or pool. Room nice and comfy. Have seen complaints about the garage being cramped and only suitable for small cars. I got my Passat in easily so think some people need parking lessons.

No facilities for making hot drinks in the room or any vending machine alternatives. WI-fi just about bearable, about 9mbs in my room. Not high enough if you want to use a vpn. Poor selection of restaurants in Encamp, in my opinion. either junk food places or fairly upmarket with little inbetween

Good breakfast selection. Comfy room. Plenty of pool access.

Sauna and steam room closed due to covid, which seems a little obselete now.
