Good ,problem im room,but good overrall
✓ Location in Emcamp, a parish in Andorra. Good and helpfull staff. Breakfast OK, enough. Comfortable, quiet room with safe. Nice pool
✗ Room with a serious problem: there is no air conditioning and it gets hot at night. I had to open the window and balcony door to cool down. Fortunately there is no noise in the surroundings

Very comfortable spa hotel
✓ The spa was great, really good value to have it included in the room price Bed was super comfortable Room was kept fresh by the staff Easy access as the bus stops right outside. Some nice restaurants in the village.
✗ Breakfast was so-so The rooms were decorated in a rather old-fashioned way and there was not enough light to read and work. Just on the basis of the rooms I would score in more 3*+ than 4* It would have been nice to have more info in the room on local attractions

Great location for a ski trip
✓ The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and had lots of options! i went on a ski trip and the hotel is next to the free bus that takes you to the funicamp as well as one of the free parkings
✗ I would have liked to have a kettle with a selection of teas in the bedroom
