we had a motorcycle breakdown issue meaning one of our party did not arrive and the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful

Nice location, beautiful view, but...

The spa was nice. I enjoyed the pools. The location is also walking distance from the bus station.

There was a strange smell in my room. I just decided to ignore it though.

Central stay in Andorra but could be better

The location is excellent, the health centre and terrace are beautiful (but very busy), beds and rooms fairly comfortable overall, staff friendly.

Check in was a slow and the whole place feels very dated. In my room there was a strong smell like hospital antiseptic, the TV didn't work well, they only provided decaf coffee, no charging ports near the beds and the wifi was almost unusable. Not sure I would say it was value for money.

Not all the hot food on the buffet was piping hot. No kettle in the room

It's quite a challenge to charge your smartphone. I had to put it on the floor. Only two sockets, both near the floor and far from your bed. No bathrobe, unusual for the hotel with a swimming pool/spa

Hotel great, location very good, food wonderful, room very good, and staff very helpful and professional.

I requested a double bed and got two single beds. Pool to busy with childen. There should be time for children only with parent/s, and time for adults only.
