Novotel Andorra

Excellent Hotel if you get a good rare and can get a front room away from the noise of the laundry.

✓ The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices to choose from. I rate the breakfast at 9/10. I have stayed here many times before and my room was not facing towards the river and it was a disaster because the side rooms appear to be directly over the laundry and every morning the machines start running at around 4-0 AM so so sleep from that point forward.

✗ The booking system with booking.com is not very good because it keeps diverting you to other properties which is not the fault of the Hotel but booking.com trying to off load other properties where they make more commission.

Great location and helpful staff

✓ It’s a great location and car/motorcycle parking next door.

✗ It’s looking very dated. The bedroom has been refurbished but the bathroom and separate toilet is old.

Fabulous

✓ Room was great, breakfast was superb and location was excellent. Also the 24 hour coverage at reception was great.

✗ The only complaint I have is that while eating breakfast in the second morning of my stay, the waiter came to take my dishes away despite me not being done with eating.

Pleasant

✓ It shares a Spa/Swimming pool facilities with another hotel next door and those were lovely. It was relatively comfy and decent, but everything felt quite dated.

✗ It all felt a bit dated in terms of the rooms and also the restaurant. It's a pleasant enough place to stay but I felt like for the price of it there should be a little more.

We visited Andorra but wouldnt rush back. However, if you want some retail therapy this might be for you.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff in a great location.

✓ The hotel was in a perfect location in the city centre and had a good attended parking garage. The staff were very pleasant and happy to answer questions about Andorra. The room was huge with a separate toilet and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C was just perfect. There was a well stocked vending machine on my floor. The breakfast was delicious and there was a really big choice. I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Andorra.
