Clean affordable hotel with friendly welcoming staff

Very comfortable and clean room. Very friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Very affordable price. Only a short distance from the bus station.

I was double charged for my room. I paid when booking but was was then charged again after checking out. However once I contacted the hotel my credit card was credited and a very nice email apology sent. Mistakes do happen and the hotel were quick to rectify. Will stay here again.

Perfect location in the heart of La Villa. The room was a bit old and tired, but it was clean and it was a good size. It was good value for money.

The location was perfect. The pool and other facilities were a great bonus.

The room was well sized, no thrills or anything exciting but it did the job and was certainly worth the money. The location was absolutely flawless on one of the main roads and easily accessible. I found the staff to always be kind and welcoming and the use of the spa facilities was great.

My room was incredibly loud. It was facing the main street, and I would not have slept a wink if it was not for my ear plugs. Cars, music, talking, I could hear everything constantly and it drove me a little crazy.

The location is five minutes from the city centre. The room we stayed in was clean, soundproofed very well (although the view was towards the main street which is quite busy with cars and pedestrians we had no problem sleeping), furniture quite ok (a bit aged but in a pretty good condition). Overall a great location! I would come back a second time here again.

I found nothing to spoil my mood, everything was more than perfect. As a suggestion, the bathtub should be replaced with a shower, this... just so I can find something :)

Relaxing stay bang in the centre of the city

The location is bang in the centre of Andorra la Vella, main landmarks and shops everywhere. It's a very neat and tidy and comfortable hotel. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate. The breakfast (in Mercure Hotel) is continental and has a wide range of food and drink selection, including alcoholic beverages, it was brilliant. The spa is great too with a large sauna and steam room with a cool pool and warm jacuzzi (but beware of the strong chlorine!).

This is out of my control but I didn't get to use the spa and wellness area when I wanted to as you had book a slot due to coronavirus. The spa staff only allow a certain number of people in every hour and they said to me that every slot was fully booked. The hotel reception staff should have told the guests this when they check in, or at least give them 1 pass each. The Mercure Hotel guests also use this spa too, and local residents I believe. I ended up begging hotel staff saying I paid to stay at this hotel because of the spa and they kindly called spa staff and they let me in, but for about 30 minutes before asking me to leave.
