✓ -The personnel is friendly and helpful when something goes wrong. -The bed is comfortable. -Located close to Andorra la Vella. The reception has touristic info brochures.

✗ -The hotel has had its time. One morning my bathroom door had locked itself, I had to get help from the reception to open it. The evening before the water from the bathroom sink turned yellow, according to the guy at the reception this happened before and I had to let the water run for a couple of minutes. After that it lost the yellow-brown colour, but I didn't trust it anymore to drink it. -It seemed as if other people could look inside my room if I didn't close the curtains. Doesn't offer a lot of privacy.

✓ Simple but comfortable.

✗ This hotel is a 15min walk up hill. Consider a taxi/bus on arrival with luggage. This put me off going back to town in the evening. Be aware there is no AC (just a fan) and the summer can be very hot.

Very good

✓ We checked in late Sunday afternoon and the girls at the reception were super nice and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance from the main attraction in downtown and great value for money.

Decent mid range hotel

✓ The property was a good location about 1km from the main part of town. It had an underground car park. Room was a decent size and had a bath and shower with plenty of hot water at a good pressure.

✗ There was quite a bit of noise from the corridors because of the tiled flooring so noise really carried

✓ Nice room with a comfortable bed. Perfectly clean.

✗ The wifi was not the strongest. The breakfast didn't worth 10 euros.

Overall a good place to stay!

✓ The hotel was located in a very good location (5 minutes walking distance from Caldea). The city center was in walking distance as well so no transportation really needed if you stay here :)

Good afternoon We are traveling by car, with a roof box and unfortunately, we cannot enter the low parking lots. Please tell me, can we enter the parking lot if the car is 2.10 meters high?

Near the hotel there is an open parking lot which has no height limit.

We will be on 2 motorcycle and will require secure parking please. As 2 motorcycles only take up the same space as 1 car, would the charge be 15 per day total for both?
