12 of us went on a 5 day ski break. Great little hotel and does exactly what it says it will. Facilities are limited but if you want spa facilities they are available across the street for a modest price . Staff are brilliant, food is wholesome and fresh and the rooms are basic but clean and well maintained. Really good value for money.

Some more break out ‘lounge areas’ would be good. One lounge with room for about 12 and a bar area for about the same number. These get taken up very quickly after dinner so if you are a big group be aware.

Staff very helpful, breakfast was great, beds very comfortable and place spotless. Very quiet at night.

Buffet in the evening was really good but the main plate serve was a bit basic at times but adequate after the substaintial buffet to start.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your time and your opinion. Every room in the hotel, including yours, has a safe. You told us that your passport had been stolen from your suitcase. only your own, with three people in the room and with the passports of your companions intact, and all the money you had in the same suitcase were there. I think a thief take money, no only one passport. I think it is not fair or correct to accuse the establishment without evidence and without sense, when we show you that, everything and your rude way with the reception staff. We hope that next time you stay at a hotel that is more in line with your characteristics and that you appreciate that the staff is always there to help customers, and they do not deserve the treatment they received from you. Questions from travelers

Are dogs allowed? If so, is there a charge?

Dogs are allowed. There's an extra charge of 8 euro/day. If you leave the hotel buidling, dogs have to come with you, they can't rest alone in the hotel room.

Do you have early check in available? Our flight gets to Barcelona airport at midnight, then we have 3 hours drive.... we will be in Arinsal round 4 a.m ... is it possible to do the check in then?
