Spacious and clean room. Picturesque mountain view from window. Close to city center and bus station. Reasonable price.

Was cold at night. thermostat didn't work. Not comfortable mattress. There is no kettle or coffee maker in room. Spa is small and overcrowded.

The location of the hotel was perfect because it is between the nature and the city. My friend and I really liked the spa and the pool as well as the breakfast

The rooms walls were made out of paper because we could hear everything! However I don't blame it all in the hotel because also the other tourist staying were very loud in the corridors. But also the cleaning staff was extremely loud while they were cleaning, literally screaming at each other's from room to room so that they could have a conversation but they need to understand that there are people resting.

breakfast was very good, the spa was very clean and they even had a pillows menu to choose from! Amazing

maybe the spa wa sa bit too crowded and the TV in the room definately needed upgrading.

Check in was easy even though reception was busy. Buffet breakfast was fine though limited choices, same for dinner.

Garage would be very tight for cars. (we were on motor bikes) Odd lift system.

The location is really nice. Locally centrated, close around the shopping area. And a few min from the hiking areas. The reception welcomed you warmly and was able to help you if you have any problems.

On the arrival our room was not cleaned so well. There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and in the room.

Very good hotel with a view from the rooftop

It is a nice hotel that is a bit on the edge of the city with the fabulous view from the rooftop where small swimming pool, spa area and gym a located. The restaurant is providing buffet breakfast and buffer supper and these are delisios and various enough. The staff members are polite and helpful. My room was good, but the view can be better as the window was on the side with the road and the crag in my case, but an experience can be different.

My stay here was very good in general, almost nothing to complain about. Just to make notice for other travelers, the pool is not suitable to fitness (it can be if you alone here) as it is not so big and shallow. And there is a tendendency that it can be totally occupied by kids (there is a "free from kids" hour at the evening but as for me that hour should be expanded and extended for the morning too, but family travelers might disagree with that :) )

Everything was great, the staff was great. The spa was wonderful and much needed

The parking area was difficult for someone that is not used to small places.

El hotel se encuentra a una calle de la principal. Tengan en cuenta que hab standard es más ruidosa pq queda por encima de la carretera. Hab con vistas más tranquila ya que da de cara al valle y la ciudad. No hay aparcamiento gratis en zona centro
