great hotel next to the ski station in El tarter

The location next to the ski resort is great, the staff is welcoming, the massages that you can book in the hotel was worth it, the room were very clean.

hotel has free shuttle but we couldn’t manage to find it when we went back. More precise location would be appreciable.

The shuttle bus to the El Tarter Gondola was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The en suites were nice. The Hotel pool was good to have available and nice. Breakfast and dinner were self service buffet. The food on offer was nice with a good variety to cover all tastes. There is TV/comfy chair room and a games area with pool (2 euros) and table football (1 euro) as well as other arcade type games.

Dinner was at 8pm. We probably would have liked it a little earlier.

The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent over the bath shower. Receptionist very efficient and friendly. Vital shuttle down to the gondola. Actually had power sockets near the bed for charging phone etc.

I never managed to catch the shuttle back from the gondola because I stayed in town for an apres drink. Getting up from the town on the first day with a suitcase was difficult (I saw other guests struggling with this too).

Superb Hotel for a Ski trip.

I didn't use the pool, but the hotel facilities are very good. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner included was pretty good.

The hotel is a little overpriced. There are only a few parking slots available.

The beds are good. The room is quiet, even if you can hear your neighbours. Well placed. You can easily park your car. People are nice and wellcome you.

The quality of the wifi could be better. Maybe more TV channels.

We went on half board and food and breakfast was very good. All the services provided as night entertaintment was great thanks to Abril, she's great! Also the pool was quite confy to spend a couple hours there doing nothing but relax. Great value!

Room was kind of old fashioned and we didn't have a table because room was small, but in the other hand balocony was great.

The drinks are good prices.

Dinner late from 20:00. Queue to get dinner. Sign up for transport to the cabin every day you need to be the fastest otherwise you will get to cabins late. Sleep with blankets they rush around.

Is this better to do in advance with the hotel or directly? Which is the nearest ski lift and what sort of pass for three days can we buy. Can we hire equipment and leave it in the shop next to lift?
