location was good, parking was good, hotel was clean and reception were helpful

i was disappointing the dining room turned out to be just a buffet dinner, and not also a la carte, also no offer was made for wine or drinks with dinner

Indoor pool and dry sauna! The bathtub in the room was huge! I've never seen a bathtub that long! (Room 415) The Mexican food a block over was awesome! Cantinita de la Adelita Bar Mexicano

The guy receiving customers at breakfast was good. Opening hours of gym.

Very thin walls. I could hear all what the couple next door were saying. No need for others customers to hear arguments at night. Need to insulate rooms better. Other than that, no issues.

Something we appreciate was the location since it's very close to the city center and the bus station. Also the reception was very professional and helpful to give some information regarding restaurants and touristic places not to miss. Furthermore the room that we have been given was huge with comfortable big beds and many facilities (including small fridge, TV, wardrobe).

There are only two little negative things to point out. We found some black hair in the toilet on the towels and on the toilet surfaces. Apart from this we had an issue with the heating that was not working. However the receptionist immediately came to fix it and showed his availability in case the problem persisted. The radiator in the toilet didn't work but it was not a huge deal.

The breakfast buffet was quite wide and covered most needs. The beds are comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good, and offers parking although I consider them charging for it to be a bit opportunistic.

The walls are paper thin in the rooms, badly cleaned (still had all the dust and gravel on the window sill and heater from where they had drilled into the wall above), the rooms have a strange smell to them. The whole hotel is ancient and needs a renovation as it is a network of patchwork fixes.

The receptionist Veronica she’s sooo friendly and nice. We talked about her trip to China. The breakfast is good you could have all sorts of selections to choose the pancake is soft

The blanket in the room is a bit dirty and at first we couldn’t find it. There’s no blanket on our bed weird. And the bloody chicken kept screaming during the night.

great location, nothing wrong with the apartment. The price isn’t what you pay. Be careful.

The figure you swipe your credit card at is not what your charged. Discovered €35 was added on after I swiped the card. Didn’t discover this till next day. Nowhere on the add is this displayed. You only find out after you have done the card. Not sure if this is even legal. Have taken this up with Booking.com. Be very careful with this one. Wouldn’t trust this one.

Centrally located, really enjoyed the half board options. A bar if you fancied a snack or a drink.Thank you to the guy at Reception from Argentina, really kind and welcoming.

Really busy at dinner time as buffet and difficult to get through with plates.
