Beautiful location. The rooms were spacious and cozy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not the best, there were not many options and the espresso machine did not work properly.

The views were amazing .

Lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Lack of storage space in the bedroom. No bath plug for a bath. The balcony was very worn and shabby.

The views are incredible!

I had to take a taxi to get there from Andorra la Vella.. there is no other way unless you rent a car

Excellent location, view from the balcony. Breakfast was generally good, and dinner was not very delicious but it was convenient not to find restaurants after the mountain trip.

The water temperature was constantly changing and it was a little bit challenging to take a shower

Easy to find, great location.

The restaurant was horrible, tho. It took 3 selections before what I ordered was available. Then I didn’t get what ordered.

fantastic location with beautiful grounds and pool and stunning views. the restaurant was good and the breakfast was excellent.

some more healthier bread options for breakfast would have been nice

How can I go from the hotel to Andorra la vella, if I do not have personal car?

How far are you situated from the bus terminal in Ordino? My bus from Barcelona Airport arrives 23:55 on 22nd June, and I shall need to reach you on foot if there are no taxis. I'm participating in the Andorra Trail 100 on Saturday 24th, and am travelling from London. Many thanks.
