The location was great and the staff were very nice.

There was a bloodstain on the mattress which showed though the sheets. The hotel didn't have any ice.

There was no breakfast. Two friends could not go to the trip because they tested positive and the hotel did not help us with anything.

Clean room with a fridge, bath, comfortable bed, smart TV, bidet, safe. Nice relaxing pool with plenty of space. Very centrally located. Good price for central Andorra la velle

If you're expecting a standard 4 star hotel then you may be disappointed, it is clearly an ageing property but it has all the facilities you could need and for the price is more than adequate for a clean comfortable stay

I enjoyed my stay here, mainly because of the location and the terrific staff. The people made a point to know my name and to greet me.

The parking garage was really tight and difficult to enter/leave. It changed my plan from a driving visit to a walking one.

Good hotel with good facilities. And the price was good. The pool is daily open and the hotel has a private parking under the hotel. We stayed for one night so we can shop in Andorra.

There were some dirty spots in the bed. If the bed was totally clean it was a 10 out of 10. Now a 7.5 out of 10.

Andorra is Amazing !!! We back definitely again We not expected this view and we was surprised how beautiful this country is! Hotel staff was very helpful and nice ;) rooms are always tidy up. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
