Window can't be locked, that means if someone will be on balcony, can open slide window from outside.

The location is OK - a short walk to the nearest access, and shorter walk coming back from skiing. The crew was great and hospitable. The rooms were very clean. The lockers at bottom level were very comfortable to use.

The breakfast wasn't much more than mediocre. As nice as the crew was, it lacked professionality at times - we had to remind them to reserve at the restaurant for us although we asked earlier. Occasionally, there were noises from adjacent rooms. Price is good compared to other hotels in Pas de la Casa, yet it doesn't feel to me like it is totally returned in value.

The staff was superfriendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Boutique hotel feeling. The view from the room was fabulous. Cosy.

Right next to my room, there was another room with huge air conditioning or kitchen fume extractor pipes that made a very uncomfortable noise in the evenings and it woke me up very early (7am?) in the morning. The hotel was all quiet; my room was not. There was a window-like door from my room to the extractor room, made only of a wooden panel that flapped close with hardly any isolation. A big minus. A pity, because the hotel is otherwise fabulous.

The location was great, 5 mins walk into the main town / the slopes. The staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. They booked restaurants and cabs for us and helped with everything we asked. The locker facilities make it really easy to manage everything and they cleaned the rooms everyday which was really nice to come back to.

It was a bit expensive generally but we were travelling at New Year so we kind of expected it.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean for both the group of 3 and 2 bedroom. Balcony overlooking town was a nice touch. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were all really polite and helpful throughout.

Where and how much is the closest parking please?

Normally we can ask at the Caribou Apartment if there is place there, they are 50 meters apart. If there isn´t place there, there is a public parking 5 minuts by car.
