It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, not too far from the central district of Andorra la Vella.
✓ The staff was uncommonly helpful. For example, although the hotel failed to provide a coffee pot or other means of heating water in the room, the staff supplied a thermos filled with hot water every morning.

Value for money, but take earplugs with you
✓ Breakfast was really good. Enough choice. Overall friendly staff. Nice pool area. Also the hotel bar had enough entertainment such as a pooltable and arcade games. Parkingspot from the hotel area is recommended when there is a spot available. If not staff is helpfull with where to park the car nearby.
✗ Rooms are dated. One pillow per person which had no fluff left in it whatsoever. Extra pillow requested at reception was no problem and received a better one. Bathroom is outdated. Yellow shower curtain with boogers from previous guests on it. Black hairs near the sink from previous guests. The heating is a general system which cannot be shut off which caused rooms to be extremely hot (27 degrees). Had to open the balcony door all night to keep the temperature reasonable. Hotel is next to a busy street and therefore sleeping without earplugs is impossible when balcony door is open. Issue which can be resolved easily by placing heating knobs back on the radiator (why these are non-existant is a mystery to us).

Nice hotel in a very good position with excellent breakfast.
✓ Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. Good selection of fruit, yogurt and cooked.
✗ 15 Euro a night for parking was a little steep.
