Very bad experience

✗ Weddings all weekends (as they say). No free wifi in the rooms. No pool was closed (it was +29) as weddings are there. Live music (back to 1990) and no way to sleep. It’s our third time here. This time we booked the Mountain View and paid more for that to have a calm weekend. As a result they gave us 1st floor and on Saturday right under our balcony there was a wedding. The hotel didn’t say us anything when we checked in. They could have offered the other side of the hotel so that we are not bothered by the noise. But no. When we asked why they didn’t warn us about that, they said “because we have a wedding every weekend”. The wedding was all night and we could hear every single song and all the shouts and singing. We used to like the hotel a lot for the price/ quality. But now the hotel experience got terrible. If you have booking not from their website you need to pay to have internet in your room. They started giving live music in the hall and it is soo noisy. You can not stay in the room and forget about sleeping. Impossible. If you are paying more for the Mountain View - don’t be excited, the other option is way better as it is way less noisy. They gave us the first floor as everything was occupied as they said. We asked for one bed and got two instead. Super uncomfortable. We are unfortunately not coming back anymore. The spa is terrible. Breakfast terrible, no idea how can the omelet be that bad but in the hotel it’s something disgusting as well as beans as seams they are mixing it up with water or I don’t know what.

Great hotel

✓ Hotel very clean good price for 2 adults and one 14 year old .160 euros including first rate breakfast. Massive choice of food hot and cold and excellent quality. Far better than the one the day before in France where there was little choice. We will be returning guaranteed.

✗ No bottled water in the rooms would be my only complaint. But we had plenty as we were on a long car journey.

Convenient ski hotel.

✓ Very convenient location for a ski trip. the ski lift is right out back, as is ski rental shop, which is very well priced as you get a discount as a hotel guest. they have ski lockers and have ample parking. The food both for breakfast and dinner was good, nice variety.

✗ The "spa" was very ugly, just a small pool and jacuzzi that was crowded and brightly lit and did not look clean or appealing. Its nice to hot tub after a day on the slopes, so this was a great disappointment. Lack of a cosy fireplace in the hotel was noticeable.
