Buffet very good value, spa was excellent and surprised that it was free staff were great and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable

Rooms a bit small for sharing a twin and heating on constantly as no means of turning it off. Has to have the window open which is against my principles.

The free ski bus organized by the hotel was good and efficient enough, it had to be booked in advance and the way up the hill to the cable car, is almost doable in ski boots, but not enjoyable. The spa was good enough. And also most of the staff was gentle and well manered. Also it is possible to communicate with the hotel via whatsapp, for booking spa,skibus and solving issues, was very helpful.

There was some mold smell in some of the rooms. Some of the staff was rude, but this also happened in the restaurants and ski center.

a bit of a walk uphill into town if you miss the free shuttle with ski gear

The rooms were comfy, there is a snowboard storage room. The breakfast had a generous variety and was very nourishing. The dinner buffet is an excellent alternative for nights in. The spa is spacious and ell equipped.

Some spa facilities were dysfunctional for a few nights. Gym is a litter under-equipped.

Very nice and professional staff. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. Very decent spa with sauna to relax after the ski.

Rooms have no heating facilities to dry clothes after ski (had to use a hair dryer). Also having a kettle in the room could be nice...

Breakfast was the only acceptable part of the hotel.

Where can I start. Hotel location is not at the footsteps of the lifts( as described online ) It’s at a 3” car ride. 10” walk. Parking in the street is very hard as it’s almost always full. Staff. Was ok. Nothing special. Rooms. My room Was very small. I stayed by myself but it was made for two double bed occupancy. That would have been extremely small to accommodate two of us. Room was extremely noisy. I heard footsteps. Chatting. Trolleys going around. Doors of other rooms opening closing and banging very loud. Literally all day / night long. Had to sleep with ear plugs. And still not enough. Bed quality was of a Hostel at best. 90cm single beds. Old blanket. (Unwashed but not dirty) with a bedsheet to cover it. The heating system didn’t work. And it was cold. Bathroom was minimally acceptable. Small wardrobe even for one person. A 4 star rated hotel that would barely make a 2/3 star in any major city. Positives where breakfast was ok. Tv in room was big. Reception area was Cosy. And Spa was ok. Nothing too amazing. But not bad. Result : 200 eur a night for 1 person. a rip off. Even for high season.

It is a small spa, so there is a relaxing pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. It is not for swimming.
