Excellent spa hotel with great access to the ski resort

✓ The rooms were comfy, there is a snowboard storage room. The breakfast had a generous variety and was very nourishing. The dinner buffet is an excellent alternative for nights in. The spa is spacious and ell equipped.

✗ Some spa facilities were dysfunctional for a few nights. Gym is a litter under-equipped.

✓ Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good choice of foods at buffet shuttle bus very efficient and super helpful drivers Lovely to have kettle and large TV Beds comfortable, free safe was a bonus clean communal areas

✗ Atrocious parking - ok if you drive a Nissan Micra, anything larger you will struggle to get in without damaging and €20 a day is a rip off. We parked on street with no problem Spa was ok, but needs better control of use we booked but it was obvious that people just turned up and it was over crowded at times- could access not be by room key ? No control over who got on bus, sure some people using it were not even hotel guests ! Tiles broken and lifting in the Spa hot shower

✗ Rooms have no heating facilities to dry clothes after ski (had to use a hair dryer). Also having a kettle in the room could be nice...

Excellent week skiing in smart boutique hotel

✓ Buffet very good value, spa was excellent and surprised that it was free staff were great and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable

✗ Rooms a bit small for sharing a twin and heating on constantly as no means of turning it off. Has to have the window open which is against my principles.

✓ The free ski bus organized by the hotel was good and efficient enough, it had to be booked in advance and the way up the hill to the cable car, is almost doable in ski boots, but not enjoyable. The spa was good enough. And also most of the staff was gentle and well manered. Also it is possible to communicate with the hotel via whatsapp, for booking spa,skibus and solving issues, was very helpful.

✗ There was some mold smell in some of the rooms. Some of the staff was rude, but this also happened in the restaurants and ski center.
