Amazing location and really friendly 😎
✓ This is not a 3 star hotel. However the welcome and the hospitality from the owners was absolutely amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel and definitely return again.

Fantastic location, great Hotel, superb food excellent staff that went out of their way to please us
✓ The Hotel staff, under the 'arm' of Conrad were amazing. So helpful they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great and the evening Dinners were truly fantastic. Different menus every night and the food top class and excellent value for money. Cosy Bar lounge area and lovely log fire. Fantastic.
✗ Nothing really, everything about the Peretol exceeded our expectations, from the courteous staff, the fantastic food,, access to the button lifts right outside. They even made my friend a espresso Martini to perfection. We will be definitely be going again.

✗ wifi didn’t work properly for the first 3-4 days. Then, they replaced it and worked fine. The water from the shower was not hot enough. You can’t go to Grandvalira and come back without a car or using the hotel’s van service.

A great accommodation for ski trips with a few improvement opportunities
✓ - The staff was super amazing! Everyone is really welcoming, helpful, and nice to chat to - The location is the best: really easy access to Soldeu and Grau Roig ski lifts, but in quiet area (not next to the roads) - Nice common area with fireplace - Accommodation has parking - Next to the slopes and snowboard park (however: the park and lifts were not open when we were there due to lack of snow)
✗ - The variety of food (breakfast and dinner) was limited and almost the same throughout our stay. Probably sufficient for shorter stays. Also, on busy days we had to wait a lot for breakfast. - Wifi was not working most of the time for us (probably due to the number of people using it) - The rooms were really cold on colder days - The bed was too small for 2 people

Good value, ski in ski out , limited entertainment and vegetarian options
✓ Location was good for ski in ski out. Breakfast was plentiful but basic. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
✗ I thought I had booked a room with bunk beds, as in the photo of the room, it turned out to be a double bed which I had to share with my son. The hotel can offer vegetarian meals, however they are limited as are resturants in the area, a car is useful as the walk up to the main road for a bus is a pain.

Options. If you come by ANBUS, select to stop at the Peretol and walk down hill to the hotel. By public bus get line towards Pas de la Casa, L4. Taxi.

Buenos días, Los forfaits se pueden comprar en cualquiera de las taquillas de Grandvalira. En frente del hotel hay la taquilla de Peretol. A 2.5 km hay la taquilla de Soldeu, y a 5 Km la taquilla de Grau Roig. Alquilar material, hoy en Soldeu O Grau.

Yes. We have change our cleaning program according to Covid needs. We are waiting for the Andorran government to let us know if a negative Covid test will be request at the border of Andorra entrance or at place.
