What everyone has already said: Beautiful, quiet, location with views of the mountains on both sides. The suite is large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The small spa is a nice extra, and the value is excellent out of ski season. Easy to explore all of Andorra from a central location.

Everything. Stayed early May when it was quiet. Really relaxing. Beautiful hotel. Had a suite. Breakfast was amazing. Views incredible. Allowed me to park my motorbike in the locked underground carpark. My favourite Hotel Stay ever. Prices are incredible in quieter times.

Spa was nice enough - you have to book because of Covid, but nice to sit in the warm jacuzzi outside. Breakfast good - decent selection of hot and cold food. Room had a comfy bed, clean bathroom and a good separate seating area with TV and padded seats. Not the most stylish, but perfectly clean and really good service.

Could do with more vegetables/fruit at breakfast (though this seems to be the Andorran way!). Rooms not the most modern, but perfectly clean and serviceable. Location is ok, but a bit of a walk down the hill to the centre - 15-20 minutes. They run a shuttle during the day, but wouldn't recommend it for families with young children.

The hotel was nicer than it looked like in the photos. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The gentleman at reception, Luca, was very helpful and friendly. Great value too.

the overall place is good, the appartment was spacious and clean. every morining there was a good breakfast and there were facilities for your ski stuff. the overal impression is good altough things could be improved.

The beds are quite hard. There is a refigirator and a kitchen in the room but for the kitchen you have to pay and the refigirator you have to ask, this is unacecarry since the hotel doesn't have a own restaurant other then a oven to bake a deepfrozen store bought pizza. Unfurtiotnly the sauna was closed, however this is understandble due to covid.

Reception desk is always avilable, open until midnight and in case of late check-in there is the night guard. Indoor parking cost is 5€/night in summer 9 €/night in winter. Outdoor parking of the Hotel is free. No problem with parking space.

Hi! We have a free outdoor parking and paying indoor parking (5€ summer / 9€ winter). You can choose at arrival :) If you a riding a motorcycle, indoor parking is free.

Hello! Our Hotel shuttle bus service can be used at anytime between 9am to 5pm to get from/to the Hotel to/from the Canillo's gondola (nearest Grandvalira access from the Hotel). Grandvalira has 5 differents accesses.

Not really, the Hotel is 800m from the nearest bus stop. In winter you can get picked up by the Hotel shuttle bus from 9am to 5pm. What time are you arriving?

Hi! It is possible, but the easiest way is by car. The Hotel is 800m away from the nearest bus stop and taxis might not always be available. Best regards!
