Great for the Convension Center

✓ The hotel was great for the Convention Center. I got an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi but was not there long enough to take advantage. The room was clean and well equiped. The staff very helpful.

✗ I thought the breakfast quality not as I would have expected. I found the pancakes were hard and the pastries rather too dry.

Good location, good sized rooms, clean and comfy, pleasant staff.

✓ With the exception of one member of staff on the reception desk (who was a little short), all staff were very welcoming and helpful. My bedroom was clean and comfy. Location was excellent.

✗ More staff and proper shower/changing facilities for the rooftop pool. There was nowhere to change other than the toilet and it was impossible to have a relaxing swim thanks to two groups of men who were dive bombing into the pool! As a woman travelling alone, I didn't feel comfortable being there on my own; having a member of staff there would have helped.
