✓ I got there at midnight and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
✗ I was charged more than what the reservation promised, so I asked if I could leave the room a bit later in my last day - to make it up for the very late arrival and the over charge- but they were very inflexible, it really was disappointing. Also the continental breakfast was very poor and hardly no choices.
