Nautilus Apartments

Beautiful and chaotic. Not for the unflexible traveller.

✓ Amazing water access and views. Pool was well maintained.

✗ Hard to get to and out of. Absolutely inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. Many things were out of stock constantly. Front desk was hard to find. Room smelt of mildew entire time- was pretty and spacious tho. Kitchen is partially usable as many utensils are broken or missing. Abandoned dogs roam the property.

Lovely relaxing place to stay with high quality accommodation, access not for the fainthearted

✓ Lovely accommodation, both inside the flat and on the site. Very nice sea which you could swim in from the accommodation (private access). Staff very helpful.

✗ The drive to get to the apartments was so steep we thought it was impassable. Very unclear signage for access. Staff were helpful with this but terrifying driving up and down. The resort town is not worth visiting, too busy and much more downmarket than the lovely apartments.

Exceptional

✓ Lovely staff , perfect view, best rooms- new interior and modern . Comfortable stay wish we had longer holidays but highly recommend

Great place for a relaxing holiday

✓ -absolutely gorgeous sea front view from our balcony (we booked an apartment with sea view) -nice and modern decor in the apartment -two showers in a two bedroom apartment -two balconies -nice little restaurant where to buy food

✗ -only one balcony had chairs and a table so depending which balcony you wanted to spend time in, you always had to carry stuff with you to the other balcony -extra payment for sun chairs (that price could be built into the room rent to save the trouble for always paying extra for regular services)

✓ Location and view amazing but parking road is slightly dangerous.

Amazing stay

✓ the location and cleanliness of the place and also amazing food in the restaurant, very much value for money

Closer to a 2 star experience

✓ Private sea access Room was well sized and Bright Staff appear very helpful although do not speak English.

✗ Breakfast was bad; only allowed one drink, not buffet, very few options. Very slow service and made mistakes on every breakfast service. We had one dinner at the restaurant which was horrendous, two out of three of us couldn't eat our meal, pork was served red with blood flooding the plate. Chicken dish was the same. The pool was out of service for half of our stay. The Bathrooms were not clean Upon arrival, and constantly smelt like sewers. The room wasn't cleaned during our whole week, just replenish towels twice and made the beds once. The staff cannot communicate in English, other than one young male. When the issue with our food arose, we had to speak to three different waiting staff and between them they couldn't understand the issue. (In the end we cancelled one of the dishes and that guest didn't eat anything, I chose to eat around the chicken blood I have photos). No towels are provided to use by the pool or beach, which we didn't find out until we had checked in. they suggested we took a €20 round trip to the hypermarket to buy some.

✓ We loved our apartments. The view of the sea was incredible. The staff of the Nautilus was really nice and helpfull.

✗ The restaurant of the hotel wasn’t that good that we thought. The food was nice but the staff in the restaurant was really bad. We didnt had forks cupes and clean plates in the brekfast and they didnt care about it, only when we told them.
