the room was very big, the bathroom as well but a little bit outdated. the sauna was clean and the hammam was great as well. location is good, a little bit on the outside but still in walking distance.

you could only reserve the spa for 45minutes, the hotel is right next to a noisy road and there was no possibilities to book a massage during my stay.

Best thing of our stay were Cristina massages!!! Very competent and professional, she gave us some unforgettable moments of relax!!! Breakfast was also very good and variegated!

The hotel is a bit dated and you don't really get the feeling of a 4 star hotel...

Comfy bed and excellent location; loved that there was a bath in my room (I stayed here after a multi-day hike).

While it’s lovely to have the river outside, there are falls that make it noisy and hence I couldn’t have the window open at night. Staff were also a little grumpy. Zero information in the room about the hotel spa/facilities. I think they missed a trick!

spa only 30 minutes by day, very little, hammam not started when we arrived (so we had to start it in the very same 30 minutes; medium breakfast, the memory mattress is the shape of the double bed half destroyed, so one of us slept in the extra bed not used otherwise; heat turned off at night at the radiator, only the air heater remained); lack of hot water for several hours - no excuses and no explanations; room cleaning only if requested (we were warned for this, but I find it ridiculous at a pretentious hotel; the Covid epidemic is not an excuse)

Reception and restaurant staff were superb especially Susana who helped us with our additional booking! Breakfast was really good and the dining area has a pretty good view! They allowed us to leave our baggage after checkout while we go hiking for a couple of days which is really helpful

The room wasn't cleaned even though we've put a sign outside the door to clean it - apparently because of Covid, you need to inform the reception if you'd like to get the room cleaned. Staff at the spa isn't very friendly to guests who doesn't speak Catalan or Spanish.

They were still able to do breakfast, which was very nice. I could sit eating breakfast and look out of the river, a raging mountain torrent, directly next to the hotel. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the Caldea Spa and Swimming center. The hotel also offer spa facility but I didn't do anything there so I can't comment.re

Lack of business during COVID-19 times necessitated the closing of the restaurant except for weekends.

Location was good. Easy walking distance to shops...

Spa was limited to just 30 minutes per room! We were lucky to get another complimentary slot the next day before heading home but in peak season this would be be possible... having said this, it was great to have the whole spa area to ourselves for those 30 minutes!
