For the cost I was not really impressed.

✓ Has lovely pools and outlook. Units are reasonably comfortable. Nice balconies overlooking the property.

✗ The couch in the unit was extremely old and very uncomfortable to sit on, the wifi internet was absolutely appalling and was charged for on a daily basis on top of the room. It was unusable in the unit, had to sit outside on the balcony or down by the pool. The appliances were difficult to use and only instructions for one option was available for the oven. This made cooking difficult.

✓ Ive stayed before I enjoyed the pool area although we didnt swim this time. being able to sit outside at the bbq etc is good so you arent in the apartment. the bbq is great too

✗ the apartment is tired - needs a paint and some kitchen utensils replaced. Not enough toilet paper supplied or reception should remind people on check-in to restock b4 it closes for the day. We had to buy some

Relaxing low rise resort

✓ Great low rise resort with relaxing spas and pools to enjoy in winter. Good location re local buses up / down coast as well as opposite local surf club. Room well appointed and well maintained. Large balcony facing north with full sunshine.

✗ Shower over a very deep bath so step carefully in and out

Awesome facilities. Wish we stayed in summer so we could have used the cold pools.

✓ Pools/spas were great although the pool could be a little warmer. Location was terrific. Close to surf, clubs & heaps of restaurants/coffee shops. Room was very small for potentially 6 people.

✗ Sliding louvre doors on the bedroom that didn’t block out sound or light.

Good value stay in a great location.

✓ Great location across the road from the beach and walking paths, and in between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. Small grocery store just down the road for essential supplies. Free secure parking. Room was quite well equipped (albeit dated). Price was reasonable given the good location and the fact it was school holidays. I didn't have any problems with noise despite it being school holidays and very busy at the hotel.

✗ My room and its decor was quite old, but still quite well equipped and functional. No toiletries supplied - not sure if hat was an oversignt or this hotel doesn't supply them (I didn't ask housekeeping as I had my own stuff anyway). My room was a bit hard to find on arrival, but no problem thereafter.

I used this as a base to explore the Sunshine Coast and I found it to be conveniently located.

✓ I had an injured leg so really enjoyed using a lift to get to my 3rd floor room each day rather than have to use the stairs each time. I enjoyed being close to the Beach and to Alexandra Surf Club where I had a good breakfast and a decent dinner most days. I liked the off-street, undercover parking, felt more secure than just an open carpark. I saw families enjoying themselves in the various swimming pools.

✓ great pools, fantastic landscape, bbq area and nice cafe next to property. best pizza and ice cream next too pool area. easy walk to beach. room very quiet at nightI I liked every aspect of the property.
